We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to independently manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, 1mg and Shopify. The role involves product listings, order & inventory coordination, backend management and platform support.
Digital marketing experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, 1mg and Website (Shopify)
Create and update product listings, including product names, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs and other product information.
Add recent products and update or remove existing products as required.
Monitor product availability, pricing, inventory and listing status.
Monitor online orders and coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for timely processing.
Coordinate with Amazon, 1mg, website/technical teams and other external partners for e-commerce-related issues.
Identify, raise and follow up on platform issues until they are resolved.
Maintain e-commerce backend data and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Track orders,



returns, cancellations and other basic e-commerce data.
Prepare basic e-commerce sales and performance reports.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth functioning of online sales channels.
Identify opportunities to improve product listings, online visibility and sales
