Key Responsibilities
Contact students from the assigned database.
Introduce the Free Career Mentorship Program as part of our Community Development initiative.
Build a friendly conversation with students and understand their career aspirations.
Ask structured questions regarding:
Current education
Career interest
Desired job role
Short-term career plan
Long-term career goal
Current skills
Career challenges
Plans after graduation
Understand and document the student's career plan.
Identify the appropriate mentorship requirement.
Categorize students according to their career interests and requirements.
Schedule the student with the relevant mentor.
Follow up with students before the mentorship session.
Ensure students attend the scheduled mentorship session.
Maintain accurate student information in CRM/Excel.
Share qualified mentorship opportunities with the internal team.
Coordinate with mentors and the Sales Team.
Follow up with students after mentorship when required.
Hand over qualified and interested students to the Sales Team for further counselling.

Key Objective

The Telecaller's primary objective is:





Connect → Understand → Qualify → Document → Schedule Mentorship → Follow Up → Handover

The Telecaller is not expected to force a course sale during the initial call.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Malayalam and English communication is preferred.

Positive listening ability.

Confident while speaking with students.

Ability to ask meaningful questions and understand student requirements.

Positive follow-up skills.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Positive and energetic attitude.

No sales target

Freshers can apply. Candidates with experience in telecalling, education sales, counselling, customer support, or lead generation will have an advantage.
