Key Responsibilities
Understand business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions.
Configure and manage Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Work with modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Project, and Marketing.
Gather requirements from internal teams and suggest suitable Odoo workflows.
Configure users, access rights, workflows, automation, and system settings.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using Odoo.
Coordinate with Odoo developers for customizations and integrations.
Test new features, customizations, and system updates.
Prepare SOPs and documentation for Odoo processes.
Train employees and provide ongoing functional support.
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate their resolution.




Monitor system performance and ensure efficient ERP utilization.
Assist with data migration, module implementation, and system upgrades.

Required Skills
Robust functional knowledge of Odoo ERP.
Hands-on experience with multiple Odoo modules.
Valuable understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to understand requirements and convert them into practical Odoo solutions.
Good knowledge of Excel and business reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
