Job description:

We are seeking experienced and motivated US Logistics Coordinators / Freight Brokers to join our US logistics operations. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by generating leads and onboarding new shippers.
Identify, qualify, and select reliable carriers to ensure safe and productive transportation services.
Provide customers with competitive and accurate freight quotes.
Utilize industry tools such as Power DAT and TruckStop for load planning and carrier sourcing.
Prepare carriers for assigned loads and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate and communicate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers regarding pickups, deliveries, and transit updates.
Track shipments, verify delivery times, and resolve any transit-related issues.
Stay updated on US freight carrier services to attract new customers and support long-term retention.

Qualifications




Minimum 6 months of brokerage or freight experience is required.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
(Note: Candidates without prior brokerage experience will not be considered.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
