We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team as a Freelancer.

In this role, you will be responsible for Recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for a variety of positions across different industries and PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent.
Conduct thorough resume screening and initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience,



and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Develop and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions.
Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates to build a robust talent pool.
