Key Responsibilities-
Lead and manage a team to ensure timely delivery of assigned activities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Ensures effective functioning of PV projects in compliance with client agreements and applicable regulations and guidelines.
Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization and achievement of project objectives.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and company policies.
Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and status updates to management and clients.
Manages quality, compliance, and documentation across PV projects.
Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, and KPIs, and implement corrective actions when required
Identifies recent training and development requirements relevant to the function.
Responds to and/or represents the department/function during audits and inspections.
Manages and monitors the workload of the department/function and alerts the Functional Head/Designate regarding personnel management concerns or issues that may affect the quality and functioning of work, as assigned by Management.
