Telecaller – Javed Habeb Unisex Salon

Javed Habeb Unisex Salon is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle customer enquiries and provide information about salon services.
Call customers to promote offers, packages, and services.
Follow up with customers and encourage appointment bookings.
Confirm and coordinate customer appointments.
Maintain customer call records and follow-up details.
Provide excellent customer service and build valuable relationships with clients.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a salon/spa is preferred.




Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
