Proco Technologies is looking for an energetic and confident Tele Caller to join our sales team. The candidate will communicate with potential customers, understand their business requirements, explain our digital services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

The role will primarily involve calling businesses and promoting services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, CRM Software, Digital Marketing, SEO, Meta/Facebook Ads, and other IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
Introduce Proco Technologies and explain our services.
Understand customer requirements and identify interested prospects.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings/calls for interested customers with the sales team.




Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Confident and comfortable speaking with new customers over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented approach.
Previous telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead-generation experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
