We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Body Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle body repair facility. The manager will be responsible for managing technicians and support staff, ensuring high-quality collision and body repairs, controlling costs, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring vehicles are delivered on time.

The ideal candidate should have robust automotive body repair knowledge, leadership skills, operational experience, and the ability to manage workflow, people, customers, and profitability effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesBody Shop Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the automotive body shop.




Plan and monitor vehicle repair workflow from estimate through final delivery.
Ensure repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Monitor repair quality, productivity, turnaround time, and rework.
Coordinate with technicians, estimators, parts suppliers, painters, insurers, and customers.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of body shop equipment and tools.
Implement productive processes to maximize workshop capacity and productivity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
