Experience: 2–3 Years

We are looking for a skilled Commi 1 – Robata & Wok to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily preparation and cooking for the Robata & Wok section.
Prepare and execute dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Have valuable knowledge of wok cooking techniques, grilling and Robata preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Ensure proper mise en place before service.
Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Support the senior chefs during busy operations.

Requirements
2–3 years of relevant qualified kitchen experience.
Strong knowledge of Robata and Wok cuisine.
Experience in Asian, Nikkei or Japanese cuisine preferred.
Positive knowledge of sauces, marinades and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,914.96 per month
