Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate and allocate work to masons, helpers, carpenters, bar benders, and other workers.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily activities.
Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and quality of civil works.
Supervise activities such as excavation, PCC, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brick/block masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Project Managers.
Identify site issues and report them to the concerned engineer or project manager.
Ensure proper utilization and handling of construction materials.
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and material consumption records.
Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
Follow and enforce all site safety rules and procedures.
Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow protected working practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
