Understand customers’ holiday preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
Recommend suitable destinations, tour packages, and itineraries.
Prepare quotations and explain package inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies.
Make bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with suppliers and resolve booking-related issues.
Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support
