Telecaller Head – Microsmiles Dental Care

Role: Telecaller Head
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5 to 10 years in telecalling/team handling, preferably healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the telecalling team.
Allocate daily calling and follow-up tasks.
Monitor calls, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure proper patient communication and appointment confirmation.
Handle escalated patient queries and support the team.
Track daily/monthly team performance and share reports.
Train and guide telecallers team on communication and call handling.
Coordinate with front office and clinic teams regarding appointments.

Skills Required:
Excellent English communication.
Solid team-handling and leadership skills.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and patient-friendly approach.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Healthcare/dental experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
