Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, committed, and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our Waldorf-inspired Early Childhood Program.

The ideal candidate will support children’s holistic development through:
Play-based learning
Hands-on activities
Storytelling
Rhythm and movement
Nurturing classroom routines

Key Responsibilities
Create a protected, engaging, and well-organized classroom environment
Conduct daily activities including:
Storytelling
Circle time
Free play
Art & craft
Movement sessions
Outdoor play
Practical life tasks
Introduce early literacy and numeracy readiness through play and experiential learning
Observe and document each child’s developmental progress; maintain accurate records
Build solid communication with parents and provide regular updates
Manage behaviour gently and consistently to ensure positive interactions




Collaborate with colleagues, assistant teachers, and coordinators for planning and supervision
Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and adherence to school policies

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development / relevant field (any degree considered)
Montessori, Kindergarten, or Waldorf Early Childhood training preferred
Prior experience in early childhood education is preferable
