Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their qualified growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and anomalies within business systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to track system performance and detect irregularities.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced workplace requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
