Job Summary

To assist the Accounts & Finance Department in day-to-day accounting activities, documentation, data entry, reconciliations and other finance-related work while developing practical knowledge of accounting processes and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities
Bank & Cash Accounting
Assist in preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
Assist in recording bank and cash transactions.
Maintain proper records of receipts and payments.
Report any mismatch or unusual transaction to the reporting senior.
Basic Accounting
Assist in maintaining customer, vendor and general ledger records.
Assist in recording day-to-day accounting transactions.
Pass basic accounting entries under the guidance of senior team members.
Learn and follow the company's accounting procedures and internal controls.
Purchase & Vendor Accounting
Assist in maintaining vendor ledgers.
Assist in vendor account reconciliation.
Assist in checking and recording purchase invoices.
Verify invoices with available supporting documents.
Follow up with concerned departments for missing documents or approvals.
Sales & Receivables




Maintain customer-related accounting records.
Assist in customer ledger reconciliation.
Support the senior team in monitoring outstanding receivables.
Excel & MIS
Perform basic accounting-related work in MS Excel.
Assist in preparing basic reports, schedules and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate accounting data and records.
Learn ERP/accounting software used by the organization.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Debit/Credit concepts.
Basic understanding of Journal Entries and Ledger.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Willingness to learn accounting software/ERP.
Positive attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work within timelines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience: 1 Year (Prefer 1 Year in CA Firm)
Qualification: 12th From Commerce Stream, B.Com / BBA (Finance)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
