Job Description: Operations Executive – Two-Wheeler Showroom

Position: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive is responsible for handling all operational activities related to vehicle registration, insurance renewal, billing, and documentation processes within the two-wheeler showroom

Key Responsibilities:
Process and coordinate current vehicle registration activities.
Prepare and verify all documents required for vehicle registration and ensure timely submission.
Handle insurance issuance and renewal for current and existing customers.
Generate and process customer billing and invoicing for vehicle sales, accessories, and other related services.
Ensure accuracy in billing details, calculations, and customer information.
Maintain records of vehicle deliveries, registrations, insurance policies, and invoices.
Follow up with customers regarding pending registration documents and insurance renewals.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery processes and completion of documentation.




Update and maintain dealership software/ERP systems with accurate operational data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, RTO regulations, and insurance guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
0–3 years of experience in automobile dealership operations, preferably in a two-wheeler showroom.
Knowledge of RTO registration procedures, insurance processes, and dealership billing systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and dealership management software/ERP systems.
Robust documentation and record-keeping skills.

Working Hours:
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and current compensation package.

Location: Kadavantra-Ernakulam.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
