Education & ExperienceRequired
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in a CNC/VMC machining workplace.
Hands-on experience in:
CNC/VMC machine setup and changeovers
Tool selection and tool changes
Tool offsets and wear monitoring
Reading engineering drawings
Understanding process sheets and control plans
Basic CNC programming / G-code
Ability to independently manage machines and guide operators on the shopfloor.

Preferred
Experience in automotive, engineering, or precision machining components.
Exposure to multiple part numbers and frequent machine changeovers.
Awareness of ISO / IATF-related shopfloor practices.
Experience with production documentation, inspection requirements, and traceability.
Willingness to learn advanced CNC programming, process optimization, and machining improvement techniques.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
