Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Physics Faculty to join our academic team for NEET and JEE preparation. The ideal candidate should have robust subject knowledge and a proven track record of teaching Physics to competitive-exam aspirants.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality Physics classes for NEET and JEE aspirants.
Explain complex concepts clearly with a strong focus on conceptual understanding and problem-solving.
Prepare and deliver lectures, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
Conduct regular doubt-clearing and problem-solving sessions.
Guide students in developing effective strategies for NEET/JEE Physics preparation.
Analyse students' academic performance and provide appropriate guidance.
Prepare and discuss NEET/JEE-level MCQs, numerical problems, and previous-year questions (PYQs).
Conduct revision sessions and support students during mock tests and examinations.
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure effective academic planning.
Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom setting.

Eligibility & Requirements




Minimum 7 years of teaching experience in Physics.
Proven experience teaching NEET and JEE aspirants is essential.
Strong command over Physics concepts and competitive-examination syllabus.
Experience in reputed coaching institutes will be preferred.
Ability to teach both conceptual and advanced problem-solving techniques.
Robust communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor students preparing for highly competitive examinations.
Experience in preparing study materials, test papers, MCQs, and PYQ-based content will be an advantage.

Qualification

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, subject expertise, and suitability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,600.00 per month
