Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through B2B sales, field visits, customer meetings, and market networking. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, product demonstrations, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through outbound calling, field visits, referrals, and market networking.
Identify potential customers and develop current business opportunities.
Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding pricing and requirements.
Negotiate with customers and follow up to convert enquiries into sales.
Develop new markets and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and sales activities.




Prepare and update daily and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Monitor market activities and identify potential business prospects.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Field Sales, or B2B Sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Comfortable with customer meetings and regular field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Positive follow-up and relationship management skills.
