Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for Front Desk cum Telecaller
Reception & Front Desk Management
Greet visitors, clients, and candidates professionally and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and skilled appearance of the reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages, mail, and official deliveries.
Track and log daily walk-ins, guest registers, and visitor passes.
Telecalling & Lead Generation
Handle inbound calls to answer inquiries about services, products, or company offerings.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, leads, or existing customer databases.
Filter, qualify, and route high-potential leads to the sales or business development team.
Schedule appointments, product demos, or meetings for sales executives and management.
Administrative & Operations Support
Maintain records of daily calls, inquiries, walk-ins,



and meeting schedules in CRM software or Excel sheets.
Assist in managing office supplies, stationery inventory, and utility vendor communications.
Provide basic administrative support, such as filing documents, scanning, and managing office correspondence.
Customer Relationship & Call Handling
Resolve basic customer queries, complaints, and service requests during initial contact.
Follow up on pending inquiries, missed calls, and meeting confirmations.
Collect customer feedback and ensure positive brand presentation on all calls and in-person interactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
