We are looking for a reliable, organized, and responsible Personal & Tour Coordinator to work full time with Bhai Jagjeet Singh Babiha and Team.

The role includes coordinating daily Kirtan programs, tours, travel, team members, musicians, live-streaming crew, drivers, and support staff. The coordinator will ensure that everyone is informed, prepared, and reaches event locations on time.

Responsibilities also include coordinating travel, vehicles, hotels, schedules, selected personal tasks and errands, handling last-minute changes, and providing regular updates to the Manager.

The candidate must be trustworthy, punctual, skilled, and able to maintain complete confidentiality regarding personal and professional information.





This is a field-based role involving frequent travel within Delhi NCR and outstation across India. Working hours will be flexible and based on Kirtan programs, events, and tour schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

The candidate should be able to communicate well in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.

Previous experience in artist management, events, tours, or personal coordination is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
