CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
Prepare Order Excel Sheets and process Sales Orders in Zoho Books.
Create and maintain customer ledgers in Zoho Books.
Follow up with dealers for payments and order confirmations.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for vehicle planning and stock dispatch.
Inform the Supply Chain team immediately upon receipt of dealer payments for timely dispatch.
Verify dealer return stock and maintain related records.
Arrange return stock pickups through email and follow-up.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for Credit Note processing.
Provide regular updates to internal teams on orders, payments, dispatches, and returns.
Identify and develop business prospects in institutions such as schools, colleges, hospitals, offices, theatres, and corporate organizations.
Generate current institutional leads and convert them into business opportunities.




Meet key decision-makers and present company products and offerings.
Build and maintain solid relationships with institutional clients.
Negotiate orders, pricing, and commercial terms as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
Monitor payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups to secure repeat orders and long-term business.
Gather market intelligence and identify potential growth opportunities.
Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates to management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
