About the Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Field Executive to support our day-to-day property-related field activities.

The main responsibility is to visit properties, take clear photographs and videos, collect property information, and share the details with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Visit residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru.
Take clear photographs and videos of properties.
Capture significant areas such as rooms, exterior, entrance, parking, frontage, and surroundings.
Collect basic property details from owners or representatives.
Record information such as location, property type, size, price, and availability.
Share property photos, videos, and details with the internal team.
Coordinate with property owners regarding visit timings and access.
Inform the team about any key observations during property visits.




Maintain records of completed visits and property information.
Follow the daily field schedule provided by the team.
Assist with basic property-related coordination when required.
Travel to different property locations across Bengaluru.

Requirements
10+2 / Any Degree.
0–4 years of experience.
Freshers are welcome.
Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
Ability to take good-quality property photos and videos.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible and punctual.
Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview assessment.
