Position: Manager
Location: Swamiyarmadam, Kanyakumari District
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily business operations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
Set and achieve organizational targets.
Handle client communication and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure smooth workflow and maintain a positive work workplace.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
1+ year of relevant management/team-handling experience.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Valuable decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
