Job Summary

We are looking for a Visa Assistant to support the visa processing team in handling visa applications, documentation, coordination with clients and consulates/visa application centres, and ensuring timely submission and delivery of visa applications.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end visa application process for various countries.
Check and verify visa application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with clients for pending documents, photographs, forms, and other requirements.
Prepare and organize documents as per the respective embassy/consulate/VFS requirements.
Assist in scheduling visa appointments and biometric appointments.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS and other visa application centres whenever required.
Track visa applications and maintain updated records of application status.
Follow up on pending applications and communicate updates to clients/internal teams.
Assist with visa fee calculations and other applicable charges.




Ensure proper filing and maintenance of visa-related documents and records.
Support the team in visa submission, passport collection and delivery.
Stay updated on changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, processing timelines and procedures.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of client/passport and other sensitive documents.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and document-checking ability.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple applications simultaneously.
Customer-service oriented with a professional approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
