Position: Project Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Review and execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and other site personnel.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with required standards.
Check measurements, quantities, and work progress for contractor bills and project records.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports,



work schedules, site records, and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenses.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate corrective actions wherever required.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and requirements.
Ensure that construction activities are carried out according to the approved schedule.

Qualification & Experience
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, drawings, quantity estimation, and site execution.
Valuable coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
