Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, sales leads, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction for the ŠKODA Sales Department. The candidate will coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer engagement and improve lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries, leads, and showroom walk-ins.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers regarding test drives, quotations, and vehicle bookings.
Coordinate with Sales Consultants for timely lead follow-ups.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales follow-up reports.
Ensure customer feedback and complaints are addressed promptly.
Track pending leads and improve lead conversion.
Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.
Prepare daily CRM performance reports for the Sales Manager.
Ensure compliance with ŠKODA CRM processes and dealership guidelines.

Candidate Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in CRM, automobile sales, or customer relationship management preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
