Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Migration Counsellor to counsel clients on overseas migration and visa options, handle leads, and support applications from consultation to processing.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients on migration and visa options.
Assess client profiles and suggest suitable pathways.
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Follow up with leads and achieve conversion targets.
Explain documentation and application procedures.
Coordinate with visa/documentation teams.
Maintain CRM records and client updates.
Stay updated on visa rules and migration policies.

Requirements
1+ year experience in Migration / Immigration / Visa Consultancy.
Positive knowledge of visa and migration processes.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Target-oriented and proactive.
Valuable English and basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
Solid client-handling and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
