Proven experience in HVAC system operation, installation, and maintenance.
Solid technical knowledge of mechanical equipment and refrigeration systems.
Excellent project planning, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Thorough understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
