We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our IT & Media Team. The role is ideal for someone who is creative, has a valuable eye for design, and enjoys working on social media and campaign-related content.

The designer will be involved in creating a variety of digital and print designs, including:
Social media posts, Instagram graphics, stories and campaign creatives
Posters, banners, stickers, flyers and other promotional materials
Graphics for political and public-awareness campaigns
Creative content for our official social media pages
Designing visual content for events, campaigns and initiatives
Developing recent and creative design concepts based on campaign requirements
Maintaining consistency in branding, colours, fonts and overall visual identity

Skills & Requirements
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour combinations and composition
Solid Punjabi language skills — the candidate should be able to properly read, write and understand Punjabi (Gurmukhi), as the role involves creating and working with Punjabi-language content.




Creativity and ability to come up with fresh and engaging design ideas
Good understanding of Instagram and social media design formats
Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and purposes
Previous experience (Not Necessary) designing for political campaigns, organisations, social media pages or public-awareness initiatives will be an advantage
Basic understanding of social media/page management is a plus
Ability to work independently while also taking feedback and collaborating with the IT & Media Team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
