Job Title: Team Lead – Content Writer

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, performance-driven Content Writer Team Lead to drive our content marketing efforts. You'll lead a small team of writers, shape content strategy around branding and lead generation, and own the results — from organic traffic growth to qualified leads. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll both create high-quality content and guide your team to do the same.

What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 content writers
Build and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and lead-gen goals
Write and review blogs, landing pages, press releases, whitepapers, and case studies
Develop SEO-driven content to boost organic traffic and inbound leads
Partner with social media and performance marketing teams on integrated campaigns
Run competitor analysis to spot content gaps and opportunities
Own content calendars and ensure on-time delivery across the team
Map content to every stage of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)

What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in content writing/marketing, with prior team leadership
Solid command of content strategy and SEO best practices
Proven track record of driving lead generation through content
Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking KPIs and optimizing based on data
Solid understanding of the tech industry and its trends
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Pay: ₹10,148.13 - ₹600,000.00 per month
