Poultry Farming, Processing & Trading Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end accounting, costing, compliance, and financial reporting for integrated poultry operations including Breeding, hatching, farming,processing and trading activities. The role supports management with accurate financial data, cost control, and margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1.Maintain books of accounts for poultry farms, processing units, and trading operations Implement batch-wise and cycle-wise cost accounting

2.Track inventory of hatching eggs, feed, live birds, processed meat, by-products, and packaging.

3.Monitor yield, wastage, and processing margins Handle sales accounting, receivables, credit control, and customer ageing

4.Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory audits

5.Prepare monthly MIS, cost reports, and profitability analysis

6.Coordinate with farm managers, production heads, and auditors

7.Supervise accounts staff and ensure process discipline

Requirements

M.Com, B.Com, CA Inter,



CMA Inter Experience in poultry, livestock, food processing, or perishable goods trading preferred.

Solid knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and GST Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and Excel-based reporting.

Ability to work closely with operations and management teams
