Role – Lead I – Business Analysis (B1) Job Title: Business Analyst- RPA & Automation Experience: 5+ Years Location: Trivandrum Employment Type: Contract Must-Have Qualifications & Skills: • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role • Solid understanding of automation tools used in industry • Hands-on experience in automation initiatives and process improvement programs • Strong requirement elicitation skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders • Expertise in preparing comprehensive documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Experience in business process modeling and process flow creation (BPMN, workflow diagrams, As-Is/To-Be process mapping) • Experience working with Agile, Lean Product Development and Waterfall methodologies • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valuable-to-Have Qualifications & Skills:



• Exposure to enterprise-level RPA or automation programs • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams • Familiarity with change management and stakeholder adoption • RPA/Automation certifications (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent) – preferred
