Receive customers and damaged vehicles at the body shop and understand the customer's concerns and repair requirements.
Conduct a preliminary inspection of the vehicle and identify visible damages.
Prepare accurate repair estimates, including parts, labour, painting, and other related charges.
Take photographs and document vehicle condition and damages as required.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for insurance claims and approvals.
Explain repair estimates, insurance procedures, timelines, and additional costs to customers.
Prepare job cards and ensure all customer complaints and repair requirements are properly recorded.
Maintain qualified relationships with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and workshop personnel.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
