Shiva Home & Garden Care is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Field Assistant (SFA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate new business prospects while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and leads.
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Convert leads into confirmed projects.
Promote the company's landscaping and gardening services.
Coordinate with clients and the sales team.
Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Support all sales and business development activities.
Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by the Management.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹17,000 per month
