Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system support efficiency.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in UKG Pro.
This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
