We're looking for an energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive who will actively visit sites, contractors, architects, customers, and corporate clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, skilled in fieldwork, meets customers face-to-face, and closes deals on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Visit construction sites, electrical contractors, builders, architects, and retailers regularly
Generate new leads through on-field sales activities
Promote and sell electrical products and solutions
Negotiate pricing, finalize orders, and ensure order confirmation
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and retailers
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
Track daily visits, leads, and sales reports using Excel
Support local marketing and promotional activities
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Requirements & Skills
At least 2 years of experience in field sales (Electrical industry preferred)
Knowledge of electrical products / electrical equipment
Robust & professional communication skills
Basic knowledge of Excel
Ability to travel locally and work independently
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
