Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new leads, build client relationships, and identify new opportunities for our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and prospects.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.




Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business segments.
Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales pipelines and reports.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valuable understanding of IT services and solutions.
Strong client relationship and lead-generation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
