Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic B2C Sales Head to lead retail, distribution, direct sales, channel development, customer acquisition, and regional business operations. The role requires strong experience in managing large teams, multi-location operations, channel partners, customer acquisition, and P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the B2C sales and distribution strategy for the assigned geography.
Own revenue, customer acquisition, market share, productivity, and profitability targets.
Manage direct sales, retail outlets, distributors, dealers, franchisees, and other sales channels.
Build and expand the distribution network across existing and new markets.
Identify new territories, catchment areas, and growth opportunities.
Drive customer acquisition and activation through effective sales programs and local-market initiatives.
Manage channel ROI.
Establish sales targets and review performance through daily/weekly/monthly dashboards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Manage customer experience in coordination with service and operations teams.
Ensure effective inventory, distribution, merchandising,



and outlet productivity.
Own regional P&L; and EBITDA, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Profile
15+ years of experience in B2C sales, retail, distribution, real estate, BFSI, FMCG, or related industries.
Proven experience managing large sales teams and geographically distributed operations.
Robust understanding of channel sales, franchisee management, retail operations, and customer acquisition.
Demonstrated P&L; ownership and business turnaround experience.
Solid analytical, leadership, negotiation, and execution capabilities.
Experience using CRM and digital tools to improve sales productivity.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
