Job Description:
Own the sales and distribution strategy for the East Region.
Build & lead a team of Area Sales Managers & Sales Executives
Track PPE market size, segmentation & market share expansion
Manage key accounts directly & lead negotiations
Represent the company at industry events & with key institutional buyers.
What we are looking for:
7 years+ in B2B/industrial sales with at least 3 years leading sales team.
Must have experience in handling PPE, safety equipment or related industrial /technical product
Track record of building or scaling a distributor / channel network
Comfortable with sales analytics, forecasting & CRM driven reporting
Must be a Graduate. MBA degree will be a added advantage
Must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned region
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
