Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Patient Care Manager (PCM) to manage patient interactions and ensure smooth coordination throughout the patient journey at our Ayurveda Clinic. The candidate will be responsible for patient counselling, follow-ups, treatment coordination, and supporting clinic operations and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient enquiries and provide information about Ayurvedic treatments and therapies.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
Understand patient requirements and coordinate with doctors and therapists.
Explain treatment plans, packages, procedures, and clinic services to patients.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective patients.
Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve patient concerns professionally.
Support sales of Ayurvedic treatments, packages, and wellness services.
Maintain patient records and daily reports.
Coordinate with front office, doctors, therapists,



and clinic staff.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment continuation, and feedback.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Support the Clinic Manager in day-to-day clinic operations.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable counselling and convincing skills.
Robust patient-handling and relationship-management skills.
Sales-oriented approach with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Basic knowledge of Ayurveda / Panchakarma will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and clinic/CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple patients and responsibilities efficiently.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, Hospital Administration, or similar background preferred.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience as Patient Care Executive, Patient Relationship Executive (PRE), Patient Care Manager, Clinic Coordinator, Counsellor, or Healthcare Sales Executive in Ayurveda clinics, hospitals, wellness centres, or healthcare organizations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
