Handle inbound inquiries received via IndiaMART, website, and phone calls.
Understand customer requirements for packaging, filling, capping, and labelling machinery.
Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations using standard pricing sheets and machinery configurations.
Coordinate with the technical estimation team for customized packaging line configurations.
Maintain and update the database regularly with lead status, follow-ups, and sales funnels.
Liaise with the manufacturing and Dispatch team to ensure timely order execution and delivery tracking.
Follow up with prospective clients for quotation feedback, payment collections, and order confirmation.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Knowledge of industrial machinery, manufacturing terminology, or packaging equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent negotiation, time management, and follow-up capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
