Paid Ad Expert – Google & Meta Campaigns

We’re seeking a results-driven Paid Ad Expert to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll own the full funnel—from setup to reporting—driving performance for lead gen, conversions, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Google & Meta ad accounts (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen).
Build structured campaigns with defined audiences, budgets, and goals.
Write compelling ad copy and suggest creative angles.
Track performance using UTMs, GA, and GTM; S2S tracking is a plus.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights and A/B testing.
Collaborate with design/content teams and suggest funnel improvements.
Maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance.
Report weekly/monthly performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:
Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
Robust knowledge of GTM,



bidding strategies, attribution, and scaling.
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.

Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech/BFSI.
Familiarity with DSPs like Taboola, DV360, or LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of CRO and funnel optimization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
