Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service, maintenance, and service reminders.
Contact customers for scheduled service appointments and confirm bookings.
Follow up with customers after vehicle service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Inform customers about periodic maintenance, service campaigns, and other service-related offers.
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to basic service-related queries.
Coordinate with the Service Advisor and workshop team regarding customer appointments.
Maintain accurate customer call records and update customer information in the system.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
