We are looking for a confident, well-spoken & result-oriented Telecaller cum Receptionist / Student Counsellor.

Job Responsibilities: Handle incoming & outgoing student calls

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions

Explain Bank PO, SSC, Police & other Govt. Exam course

Attend walk-in students & parents

Handle WhatsApp enquiries

Maintain daily enquiry/follow-up records

Manage basic front-desk activities

Requirements: Valuable communication & convincing skills
Basic computer/Excel knowledge
Experience in telecalling, counselling or coaching institutes preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply Location: THE COACHING CONCEPT
