About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Associate who will handle both fieldwork and back-office operations. This role requires someone who is comfortable visiting sites, managing on-ground activities, and supporting daily office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Visit project sites for inspection, monitoring, and reporting

Maintain records, reports, and documentation of site activities

Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Assist in data entry, report preparation, and follow-ups

Ensure smooth communication between field and office teams

Support logistics and coordination for ongoing projects

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to travel for site visits

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities





Ability to multitask and work independently

Qualifications

Any graduate (preferred: Commerce / Management )

Preferred (Positive to Have)

Prior experience in field operations or admin roles

Basic understanding of site inspections or project coordination

Knowledge of local language (Marathi/Hindi)
