Job Description
Assigning responsibilities to production employees
Coaching employees
Supervising and monitoring employees
Conducting reviews for personnel performance
Compiling production records
Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
Preparing work schedules
Overseeing protected use of equipment and scheduling regular maintenance
Performing verification of production output according to specifications
Preparing reports on performance and progress and presenting them to senior managers
Detecting issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements
Ensuring that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner
Communicating with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise
