Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Designer with solid expertise in Physical Design for large-scale Energy & Infrastructure projects to join our Green Energy business at Vadodara.This is a senior hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering complete electrical physical design packages for renewable and power projects.Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop high-quality Physical Design deliverables for Electrical discipline in compliance with Indian & International codes, standards, and OEM practices.
Prepare and review various electrical layouts including:
Substation Layout
Transformer Yard Layout
Power Layout
Earthing Layouts
Cable Tray & Trench Layouts
Illumination & Lightning Protection Layout
Bus Duct Layout
Capacitor Bank Layout
Perform Vendor Drawing Review & Approval.
Carry out estimation of electrical bulk items (cables, cable trays, earthing materials,



termination kits, illumination systems, JBs, glands, etc.).
Drive Value Engineering initiatives for optimization of Electrical Bulk BOQs.
Coordinate effectively with internal disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, I&C;) and external stakeholders including clients & equipment suppliers.
Conduct 3D Model reviews with clients and secure approvals.
Lead a team of designers to meet project deliverables and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.
Perform Illumination Design using Dialux or equivalent software.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes & standards (IE Rules, OISD, NFPA, IEC, etc.).

Software Skills Required:
AutoCAD (2D & 3D) Mandatory
SP3D / E3D / PDMS Mandatory
MS Office
