Role & responsibilities
Design, execute and optimize continuous flow chemistry experiments for process development and scale-up activities.
Operate and maintain flow reactors and associated laboratory equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and GLP standards.
Analyze experimental data and perform literature and patent searches to support process optimization and troubleshooting.
Apply principles of chemistry and chemical engineering for reaction and downstream process development including extraction, distillation, crystallization and filtration.
Support technology transfer, commercialization activities and preparation of technical documentation to meet project timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or B.Tech./M.Tech. Chemical Engineering.
